Onestop Travel Solution (“we”) runs www.onestoptravel.in. This page explains what happens to the information you send us through this website, and nothing more than that.
What this site collects
The only personal information this site collects is what you type into the enquiry form — your name, phone number, email address and what you tell us about the trip — or what you send us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email. The site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party trackers.
How we use it
We use your details to answer the enquiry, prepare an itinerary and a quote, and run the booking if you make one. WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own terms; phone calls and email reach the office directly.
Who else sees it
We share your details with a hotel, airline, cruise line, transport supplier or embassy only where that is needed to quote or to book what you asked for. We do not sell your details to anyone.
Your choices
Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by writing to sales1@onestoptravel.in or calling +91 93226 96205. Enquiries we have not booked are kept only as long as they are useful for the quote.
